Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Word Search Ninjas app ("the app", "we") handles. The app is published by an individual developer, who can be reached at cptech611@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We don't collect personal information ourselves. The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and it doesn't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, statistics, hints and settings are saved only on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads (banners, and at most one full-screen ad a day). Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), which selects ads from these partner networks: Unity Ads, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network and Google AdMob.
To show and measure ads, these companies may collect information from your device, such as:
- the device's advertising identifier (on iPhone, only if you allow tracking when asked)
- IP address and the approximate location it implies (country or city level, not GPS)
- device type, operating system, language and app version
- which ads were shown and whether they were tapped
They use it to choose ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Each company handles this data under its own privacy policy: Unity / LevelPlay, AppLovin, Meta, Google.
Your choices
- iPhone: the app asks once whether it may track you for personalized ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but aren't personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device's Google or Privacy settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, some US states), sharing information for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out using the device settings above.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't share them.
Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. Ads in the app are not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
